Abstract
Zones of somatotropin, prolactin and subunits of adenohypophysis glycoproteid hormones are identified in dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel after electrophoretic separation of these hormones in the tris-acetate system; The method is suitable for a quantitative determination of somatotropin and prolactin in adenohypophysis.
