The Joint Commission's agenda for change
Abstract
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations' "Agenda for Change" is creating more effective means to improve the quality of healthcare provided to the American people. Through its Research and Development department, the Joint Commission is working to carefully define its own goals and direction, both as an accrediting agency and as the voice of healthcare professionals in the debate about quality.
