Cutting ophthalmology out-patients waiting time

Abstract
Most waiting list monies have been used to reduce in-patient lists. In Mid-Staffordshire it was an out-patient waiting list which caused most concern. Tom Storrow, David Wildman and Frank Preston describe how it was tackled.
