Experience with prazosin in the treatment of hypertension
Abstract
These data are from a study of 24 hypertensive patients receiving either prazosin alone or prazosin plus one or more other antihypertensive drugs. It appears from the results that prazosin lowers both supine and erect pressures when used alone or in combination with other agents. Side effects do not appear to be a problem.
