By the way, doctor... Exercise: nothing to fear. I'm 62, pretty trim, but I don't particularly enjoy exercise. My wife keeps telling me I need to be more physically active. But I've heard of several people who died during or shortly after exercise. If I don't need to lose weight, why should I expose myself to danger doing something I don't enjoy?

By the way, doctor...I'm a few years past menopause, and I take a statin because of high cholesterol. My doctor has broached the subject of whether I might need to take something else to lower my risk for osteoporosis, but I've read that statins help prevent that problem.
