Abstract

Identifying nutritional determinants of oncogenesis is a major public health challenge. Epidemiologic studies, experimental work and clinical research combine their contributions to clarify the complex relationships between nutrition and cancer. Nutritional guidelines and prescriptions of food supplements should be formulated with extreme care.
