Redistribution of newly synthesized RNA between nucleus and cytoplasm in sea urchin embryos
Abstract
The kinetics of the release of newly synthesized RNA from the nucleus into the cytoplasm in embryos of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus nudus was investigated. Preliminary data indicate that some of the newly synthesized RNA may return from the cytoplasm to the nucleus.
