Abstract

Extraocular sebaceous carcinoma is a rare skin neoplasm that resembles clinically pyogenic granuloma, hemangioma or squamous cell cancer. The clinical and histological findings are described. The differential diagnosis of common tumors of the face should include this rare malignancy.
