J S James. AIDS Treat News. .

Abstract

AIDS: Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled the key provisions of the Communications Decency Act as unconstitutional, AIDS organizations are freer to publish safer-sex information on the Internet without fear of being prosecuted. More information on the Supreme Court decision can be obtained through the following organizations: American Civil Liberties Union, Citizens Internet Empowerment Coalition, Critical Path AIDS Project, Electronic Frontier Foundation, and Electronic Privacy Information Center.
