DM approach to unexplained chronic symptoms produces consistent outcomes, solid ROI
Abstract
High-utilizing patients are a problem for most health care organizations, particularly in cases where the root cause of a problem cannot be medically explained. An educational approach aimed at helping these individuals understand and deal with their symptoms is delivering relief to everyone involved.
