[Surgical trend in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and in the post-phlebitis syndrome]

Abstract
Experience in the management of the complications of varicose diseases is described. The series consists of 173 patients with chronic venous insufficiency (including 30 with post-phlebitis syndromes). In 90% of cases, interruption of the communicating vessels according to Linton gave final cure of ulcere and eczematous dermatitis.
