Abstract

The overall plan for this article reflects the author's experience of a full rehabilitation program for speech therapy in group. The organisation, the procedures, and the goals of an aphasia group are presented. The efficacy of such a training is discussed based on the controversial literature. The main current thoughts about this specific treatment as well as theoretical rationale for treatment processes are explained.
