Change in levels of cholesterol and free fatty acids of lymphoid cells during tumor growth
Abstract
Growth of Ehrlich's ascitic carcinoma in mice resulted in increase of free cholesterol and free fatty acids in lymphoid cells from thymus, spleen and cervical lymph node, but decrease of these lipids in the cells from mesenteric lymph node.
