PIP: "The Immigration and Naturalisation Service of the Netherlands is a government institution with the authority to decide which persons are allowed immigration into the Netherlands. Its decisions are not only of importance to the potential immigrants themselves, but also to organizations responsible for enforcing the jurisdiction. In order to perform such tasks in a fair and efficient manner, forecasts of immigrants, in particular forecasts of asylum seekers, are indispensable." (EXCERPT)
