Abstract

'A Practical Guide to Clinical Risk Management in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Maternity Care', was held at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) to highlight the necessity for clinical risk management. The day examined effective risk management strategies in place, the most common causes of risk and how these risk factors could be counteracted.
