Abstract
For the past three years, syphilis outbreaks in men who have sex with men have worried health official because of what they indicate about a resurgence in high-risk behaviors. But are these outbreaks facilitating HIV transmission, or is syphilis contained mostly to MSM who are HIV-positive?
