Univariate survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier) of 47 patients with ovarian carcinoma treated with a platinum-based chemotherapy: the median survival of patients with tumors positive for COX-2 was reduced compared to patients with tumors negative for COX-2 (log rank test, P = 0.03).
