Trans-kingdom conjugation in vitro by using toluenized cells
Abstract
To establish in vitro trans-kingdom conjugation, we developed a novel direct cell PCR by using toluenized cells which permeate enzymes, primers and substrates. The cells was shown to be successful recipients in conjugation.
