[2-Acetylaminofluorene--a model mutagen and hepatocarcinogen. Characterization of its interactions with DNA]
Abstract
2-Aminofluorene and its derivative 2-acetylaminofluorene are well known mutagens and carcinogens. Molecular mechanisms concerning their mutagenic and cancer promotion activity during hepatocarcinogenesis are summarized in the paper.
