Approaching "asthma" in pre-school children
Abstract
Respiratory illnesses are the most common cause of morbidity throughout childhood. In the pre-school age group, there is uncertainty about when to attribute symptoms to asthma and when to use asthma therapy. This article reviews these problems and suggests a basis for the use of medication.
