Levocetirizine: new preparation. Me-too: simply the active enantiomer of cetirizine
Abstract
Levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine. According to the only available comparative trial in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis, 5 mg levocetirizine is equivalent to 10 mg cetirizine.
