Epidemiology and impact of headache: an overview
Abstract
Headache is one of the most common presenting complaints of patients in the practice of medicine. Frequently a symptom of numerous diseases, and frustratingly, the principle symptom of the primary headache syndromes, headache is experienced by 90% of the general population at some point in life.
