Abstract
We report 7 cases of leiomyosarcoma of the uterus observed in the obstetrical and gynaecological department of Sfax (Tunisia). It's a rare tumour with difficult diagnosis and poor prognosis. It requires mainly a surgical treatment and radiotherapy.
