Images acquired after dynamic exercise and following a resting injection of sestamibi. The images are very similar; they show a homogeneous uptake of tracer throughout the myocardium. Hence, there is no coronary obstruction and the likelihood of future coronary events is very low (less than 1% per year). HLA, horizontal long axis; SA, short axis; VLA, vertical long axis.
