The gamma-zeta dimers of Fc receptors as connectors to signal transduction
Abstract
The gamma-chain of the high affinity receptor for IgE and the zeta-chain of the T-cell antigen receptor associate with various receptors. These chains play a major role in assembly of these receptors and are critical for signal transduction.
