The management of dysphagia after surgery for oral malignancy
Abstract
The problem of dysphagia related to oral malignancy is described with reference to the applied anatomy and physiology of swallowing. Surgical means to minimise the problem are discussed and a possible management scheme is outlined. An account of six illustrative case reports is given.
