Revisiting the fair innings argument
Abstract
Debate regarding the 'fair inning argument' has not always focused on that argument's most plausible formulation. The aim of this paper is to make substantial progress toward stating that argument in its most plausible form. Only when this is done can we confidently assess the fair innings argument.
