[Anterior uveal malignant melanoma with subconjunctival extension--a clinical case]
Abstract
The authors present the case of a patient with intraocular tumour and secondary glaucoma, which has been surgically treated for acute angle-closure glaucoma in a local hospital. Patient sits for examination at the clinic 11 months after surgery. Multiple conjunctiva pigmented metastasis are present at physical examination. Chosen therapeutic approach: exenteration.
