[Diagnosis of sarcoidosis]
Abstract
The article review the clinical manifestations and paraclinical elements that establish the diagnosis of sarcoidosis, especially pulmonary sarcoidosis, according ERS/ATS/WASOG Consensus on Sarcoidosis. It emphasize the essential role of the epithelioid noncaseating granuloma in the diagnosis of sarcoidosis and also the importance of differential diagnosis with other granulomatosis.
