Abstract

The review presents theoretical substantiation of the use of ozone, its physico-chemical propeties, influence of ozone on biological substrates that made it practical in clinics. Indications and contrindication of ozonotherapy are presented in the article as well as adverse reactions of the method and its prophylaxis.
