Abstract

Inhibitex, under license from BioResearch, is developing Veronate, an antibody-based immunotherapy for the potential prevention of Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida infections in very-low-birth-weight infants. Phase III clinical trials of Veronate are ongoing.
