Two novel immunosuppressive pregnane glycosides from the roots of Stephanotis mucronata
Abstract
Two novel pregnane glycosides, together with one new aglycone, were isolated from the roots of Stephanotis mucronata. Their structures were determined by means of chemical evidence and extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR. The two pregnane glycosides displayed significant immunosuppressive activities in vitro.
