A structural model of HLA A2 complexed to the RTLpSHISEA peptide. The structure was modeled on the structure of HLA A2 complexed to the tumor-antigen-derived peptide NY-ESO 157–165 (SLLMWITQC) (12). The peptide sequence of NY-ESO 157–165 was mutated to the RTLpSHISEA sequence, and the phosphoserine moiety (shown in yellow) was introduced before energy minimization by using the CNS software package (13).
