Synthesis and base recognition ability of oligoribonucleotides incorporating 2'-O-methyl-3-deazaguanosine
Abstract
2'-O-methyl-oligoribonucleotides incorporating a 3-deazaguanine (3DG) were synthesized. Melting temperature (Tm value) analysis indicates the stability and base discriminating ability of the 2'-O-methyl-RNA/RNA duplex.
