Protection against viral infections with the aid of synthetic peptides. Foot-and-mouth disease as an example
Abstract
The problems involved in the use of synthetic peptides as antiviral vaccines are reviewed. The possibilities of protection against virus-induced disease are demonstrated in relation to foot-and-mouth disease.
