[The transsexual after sex change. Evolution and prognosis]
Abstract
Sex reassignment surgery is at the present time the most acceptable solution which can be offered to the transsexuals. Diagnosis, postoperative status, prognostic factors and outcome are taken into account, with the purpose of having a better assessment for these patients.
