What do elderly people really eat?
Abstract
Nutrient intakes of elderly women living in a retirement home were estimated from 24-hour dietary recalls and using a novel videotape method. Results of the two approaches differed significantly; correlation coefficients for nutrient intakes estimated by the two methods ranged from 0.09 to 0.82.
