Abstract

This Biomedical Update contains summaries of a personal selection of articles which have appeared over the last year or so on the subject of breast cancer. The issues addressed are related to breast cancer risk and the use of oral contraceptives and hormone replacement therapy, breast screening, the diagnosis of breast cancer, and various prognostic indicators.
