Central retinal artery occlusion associated with intranasal methamphetamine use
Abstract
Stimulant abuse is associated with ischemic stroke. This report describes a 43-year-old woman with a central retinal artery occlusion following the use of intranasal methamphetamine. Toxicology testing should be considered in patients presenting with acute visual loss.
