Separation of time-defined avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV) using column cultivation of leukaemic myeblasts
Abstract
A new technique is described of column cultivation of cells immobilized on Sial glass cullet. The technique ensures a controlled and continuous production of time-defined young virus. During the column cultivation the morphological characteristics of tho immobilized cells remain essentially unchanged.
