Abstract
In this issue, Gardham et al. (2008) show that BAFF, a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family member, promotes B cell survival by hindering interactions between TNF-receptor-associated factors, blocking their negative regulation of nonclassical NF-kappaB activity.
