[Classification of cadaveric donors, donor pool and their importance for explantation]
Abstract
Hepatic transplantation is composed of tree basic stages - explantation, hepatectomy and implantation. The exact accomplishment of every stage is prerequisite for the end success of the whole procedure. We consider problems such gathering, classification and development of potential cadaveric donors to a real one for the aim of hepatic transplantation. The basic fases of explantation - implantation procedure have been described.
