Diagnosis and management of spinal cord trauma
Abstract
New information on MRI findings after acute spinal cord injury, changing concepts on the timing of surgical intervention, and a clearer understanding of the pathophysiology of this injury will enable clinicians to better treat spinal cord injuries and lay the groundwork for continuing investigations aimed at improving neurological recovery after spinal cord injury.
