Delegation: building a foundation for our future nurse leaders
Abstract
Development of junior nurses to assume administrative roles is very important, and delegation is an excellent strategy to start. Appropriate, successful delegation of the right task to the right nurse at the right time will help develop administrative critical thinking skills to a future nurse leader.
