[Midface reshaping with micro-fat grafting]

Abstract

The middle third of the face can be improved in most of the cases, after studying the particular ageing of the patient, by a restoration of the shapes of youth. This atrophy is mainly a fatty one and, for the last 11 years, we practice micro-fat grafts of adipose tissue for the reshaping of the middle third of the face. This technique is used for the rejuvenation of the face and can be realised as an isolated procedure or combined with another one. This article describes the technique, the indications and shows some results.
