A pyschoanalysis of The Prestige
Abstract
The portrayal of psychopathy in certain films goes beyond the diagnostic formulations. The duality within the human behaviour of action and thought raises questions about the way individuals behave. Using The Prestige (2006) as an example, the roles of obsessions and sacrifice are utilized to demonstrate relationships.
