Abstract

New laws of adaptation and disadaptation reaction development in the energy production system under various pathology conditions were revealed by fundamental and applied investigations. The possibility of increasing the resistance of the organism, organs or systems by means of pharmacological action on mitochondrial energy production was shown in laboratory and clinical trials. The new class of drugs-regulators of energy metabolism is suggested.
