Figures

Figure 1
Figure 1
Kaplan-Meier survival curve after device implant. Patients are censored at time of transplant or explant. (12)
Figure 2
Figure 2
Kaplan-Meier survival stratified by device strategy at implant. BTT = device implantation intended as “Bridge to transplant”; Dest = device as permanent or “destination” therapy. Patients are censored at transplant or explant. (12).
Figure 3
Figure 3
Kaplan-Meier survival stratified by patient profile at implant, defined as in Table 3. Depiction is as in Figure 2. Patients are censored at transplant or explant. (12).
Figure 4
Figure 4
Kaplan-Meier survival stratified by device type. Depiction is as in figure 2. Patients are censored at transplant or explant. (12).
Figure 5
Figure 5
Survival after cardiac transplantation in the Cardiac Transplant Research Database (CTRD) four patients transplanted as UNOS Status II (stable outpatient). The curves represent solutions of the multivariable risk factor analysis for death. One goal of the INTERMACS registry is to generate similar curves for VAD outcomes according to similar baseline profiles.
Figure 6
Figure 6
Graph depicting projected patient accrual in the INTERMACS database of approved devices.
