Incidental bilateral Morgagni hernia in a traumatized child
Abstract
The case of a 9 year old male child with Down syndrome and multiple injuries including splenic injury, who was incidentally found to have bilateral Morgagni hernia is presented. Aspects of pre-operative diagnosis and management are discussed.
