Psychiatric rating scales in diagnostic assessment and clinical treatment
Abstract
This chapter provides a summary and review of the current and most frequently used clinical rating scales, and discusses their specific use and application in the treatment setting. The review includes some comparison of the essential benefits of each instrument and their potential usefulness in dealing with special populations.
